	Rockapella first met Billy Joel here at his benefit for the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine, where we sang his doo-wop hit The Longest Time. A year later we performed it with him twice at Madison Square Garden during the two-night Concert for Walden Woods. I admire Billy Joel's amazing catalog, longevity, and the fact that he was able to impregnate the lovely Christie Brinkley. (1990)
